Police in Eldoret on Wednesday, March 1 arrested 24 high school students found indulging heavily in alcohol and sex.
The students who were on mid-term break had locked themselves up in the compound for the party when the police responded to complaints of loud music from neighbours.
According to a Nairobi News report, police accessed the compound through a milk man and took the students to Kapsoya Police Post.
In the house, officers found used condoms, alcohol bottles and a mattress.

“We are going to question one by one in front of their parents then we can release them. They will also be given bond. We are also going to interrogate the owners of the house before we can prefer charges against them,” area police boss Adamson Furaha said.
On her part, the mother of the boy who hosted the party said she was aware that her son would have friends joining in celebrating his birthday but did not expect them turning up in large numbers.
